We make sure that engaging with our solutions and brands feels personalized, supportive and productive, from the time a farmer first considers one of our solutions all the way through product support and replacement.
We are actively taking steps to ensure we are delivering best-in-class customer experiences to farmers. In 2021, we established the new global leadership role of Senior Vice President of Customer Experience to oversee and advance those efforts. We continue to invest in our Digital initiatives to provide a seamless experience throughout the customer life cycle, for both on-board and off-board products.
